We already have loads of kidz between 8 and 14 years old that have enjoyed the experience of the media school . To join Takeover Radio you need to be between 8 and 14 years old and be able to get to Leicester on a regular basis.
We want to give every kid in the UK the opportunity to experience the fun and training we have had as part of Takeover Radio The Takeover Radio Children's Media Trust has it's Head Quarters in Leicester where kidz can come and learn all about Radio, Journalism, Web site design and Video. We also organise kids activeties were we go out to other organisations and businesses and offer taining and advise. As we grow we hope these activities will become available in other parts of the country. So you may also have the chance to take part in media activities in your area. If you are already doing radio programmes, perhaps at school or a local station or you would like to find out how you can be involved in your area contact us at kidz@takeoverradio.org and we will send you our pack that lets you know how you can join in.
