We need adults prepared to act as ‘responsible’ adults while children are presenting on air. We need adults prepared to put in time to help run various aspects of the station releasing the experts to do the training and mentoring. We need people who can bring expertise in areas such as use of social media, podcasting, editing and presenting to guide the youngsters. We need adults who can work behind the scenes administrating, raising funds to keep this valuable and worthwhile operation going.
